The Law Office of JUDr. Rastislav Smieško charges a remuneration from a client for the provision of legal services according to the Decree of the Ministry of Justice of the Slovak Republic No. 655/2004 Coll. on Remuneration and Compensation of attorneys for providing legal services as amended (hereinafter referred to as “Decree of the MJ SR"). Attorney has an individual approach towards each client and according to his needs he determines a specific reward for the lawyer. Within the meaning of client requirements and the volume of required legal services we will agree with a client on types of remuneration determined by the Decree of the MJ SR, as regards to so called hourly remuneration, flat-rate remuneration, share remuneration and tariff remuneration, as well as a combination of several types of renumeration. The advantage of Law Office is certainly a great variability and flexibility in the agreement with a client on a nature and height of remuneration, so that both parties are satisfied and in order to make the client return to our Law Office.
